Grandmother visiting beyond the grave!

My cousin got a new pup and was photographing herself on her mobile phone to show her friend. When she brought the phone into school a friend joked that there is a ghost behind her but after examining the picture i realise that it is my late grandmother who passed away in april. It is a side view show of her looking to the left, the nose is most noticable.

Can anyone else see it ? :)
