Kum-Kum At East Coast

This picture has been "bluetoothed" to me from my partner. He says he saw one woman dressed black wandering in outlets at East Coast Road late at eleven Friday night. Immediately, he took this picture and the next day, his girlfriend working at a centre "beauty care" between that shop told my partner that was an old woman which shows no face, knocking the glass door on his shop and says "Kum Kum..Boleh tolong? Kum Kum..Jangan tak buka pintu..." ("Kum Kum..Can help? Kum Kum..Do not, not open door...")

My presumption that maybe just a dressed black person only but I could not ascertain her shadows..Surely not "photoshopped" because I has seen EXIF of the picture data.
