Sleeping Beside the Troops

Hiya guys, This story is about my granddad when he was joining the resistance against japs.
He said it was a very Cold and unhealthy year (1945), in the sugarcane fields. He and his troop were spectating some japanese trucks and they are very careful, when it comes to that because they don't want to be caught. He said that many japs patrolling the area, at night til Dawn, that very cold night he and he's troops go back to the base camp in his house in the mountains. They were planning on how to get the food supplies of the japs for the people in the mountains.

After they finished planning they decided to sleep in the woods near the japanese base camp. While they were sleeping my grandfather woke up and drink water, then he checks if someone is missing or been caught by japs who were patrolling, he said that they were complete, but there is another who was sleeping beside one of his troops, he thought he was only volunteering, Then my granddad went back to sleep the next morning, all of his troop are wide awake and him, then he checks them if they were complete this time they were exact, and he ask one of his troops that there was someone sleeping with them. His troops said that they didn't see or hear someone sleeping with them, they even woke up and take a piss then checks and they were all exact, they didn't notice anything.

My granddad knew that there is someone sleeping with his troops. They continue their plan... and my granddad told us about his experience with ghost.
