A Whispering Footsteps....

Well, i feel quite confusing when i am alone. Seriously. Usually when i am alone in the night when i wanted to eat something so that i feel more full, there will be always a silent footsteps walking behind me... I don't know why but i can't solve the mystery... Who is the one thats always walking behind me? Can somebody tell me why??
